Overview
This morning seminar will discuss common approaches to loan restructurings, problems encountered with defective loan documentation, mortgages and title problems, foreclosure issues including deficiency collections and the impact of bankruptcy proceedings upon collection efforts.

Who would specifically benefit most from this training?
This seminar will be useful to loan officers of all levels, loan operations personnel, credit administration personnel, and personnel involved in the collection process.

Speaker
Robert Reynolds exclusively represents lenders in commercial litigation throughout Alabama and in bankruptcy proceedings in Alabama, the Northern District of Florida, and other bankruptcy courts throughout the country. His firm Reynolds, Reynolds and Duncan maintains offices in Huntsville, Tuscaloosa and Montgomery and represents financial institutions throughout Alabama. He is a graduate of Auburn University and graduated from The University of Alabama School of Law in 1979. He is a member of the faculty of the Alabama Banking School and the Graduate School of Banking at LSU. Robert is Board Certified in both business and consumer bankruptcy law by the American Board of Certification..

Registration and Cancellation
ABA members: $99. Non-members: $198. Fees include instruction, materials, refreshments. Full registration fees will be refunded if a cancellation is received on or before ten days prior to the meeting. If date of cancellation is less than ten business days prior to the meeting, a $25 processing fee will be retained. No refunds will be given for cancellations made the day of the program. Substitutions are welcome. All cancellations and substitutions must be received in writing.
