Central Alabama Title Center, LLC is based in Montgomery, Alabama. The Agency continues to be the service leader in meeting title insurance needs for real estate transactions throughout Central Alabama, and is an agency for Investors Title Insurance Company.

In late 2000, the Alabama Bankers Association, under the direction of Dan Bailey, Executive Vice President, and Mindy Hanan, Vice President of Administration and Education, began looking for ways for its member banks to add non-interest fee income to the bank's bottom line. Dan and Mindy were aware that in some areas of the country, banks were entering the title insurance business. They began looking for underwriters who were supportive of bank-owned agencies. Investors Title Insurance Company, located in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, had successfully assisted over 300 financial institutions in entering the title insurance business by forming their own multi-bank agencies. As a result, the Alabama Bankers Association partnered with Investors Title and offered ownership opportunities to its members. In November of 2000, the first informational meeting was held and the organization of the Central Alabama Title Center, LLC began. Alabama Bankers Association members responded and the Central Alabama Title Center, LLC officially opened for business on September 24th, 2001.
